9 on Aquavista is a lovely villa situated on the banks of the Sundays River in Colchester, just 4.6 km from the entrance to the Addo Elephant National Park. This tastefully furnished villa features a swimming pool and garden area which faces the river, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the view. The property uses renewable energy and is not affected by load-shedding.
The villa comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each contain a king-size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each. Both bath and shower facilities are available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher for convenience. The open-plan living area features an indoor braai area and a lounge with a TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available. The living area leads out to the lovely garden and pool area, with views of the river.
Guests have access to outdoor braai facilities and a private jetty where they can park their own boat. Parking is available on-site.
Sundays River Adventures offers a variety of activities, such as Addo safaris, boat cruises, canoeing, and sand-boarding. The closest airport is Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport, which is located 44 km away.
