Baie tevrede. Ons was 'n groot groep mense en almal was baie tevrede met die plek. Die mense wat daar werk was baie oulik en behulpsaam.

Pleasant and safe, located excellently for travelling. Very pleasant, clean and quiet, and everything we needed was in the unit. Well located with shops nearby and close to the highway for travel.

The stay was okay. Uber for some reason struggles to find the location of the guest house. The payment conversation was cringe, in my experience, once you have arrived at a guesthouse you then make a final payment. The cleaner asked me, and the owner came with a card swipe machine, which I found strange as you sent me a link to make the final payment which I was about to do. However the owner came to collect, which is strange as a person who has booked through the agency numerous times, this was cringy to me.

Apologies if you found the payment request a bit awkward. The balance of payment is due upon arrival. 90% of guests choose to pay the balance to the owners, either by EFT or card payment. That's why I always have a card machine with me to accommodate the guests' choice of payment. There's no problem if a guest prefers to pay the balance via the agency. We then wait a couple of days to receive the balance from the agency. The Uber driver perhaps did not know Gonubie very well. We are situated on the Main Road of Gonubie. Our sign and number are very visible. It's a straight road from the N2 turn-off. Regards, Maxine

Baie veilig, maar opset in eenheid is sleg. Kamer is baie mooi, maar die klein sitkamer wat in die kombuis is met 4 stoeltjies wat baie verwaarloos is en TV bo die yskas was glad nie aangenaam nie. Mens wil tog in die aande lekker ontspan en TV kyk, veral die kinders, maar dit was glad nie moontlik nie. Die foto's het ook 'n bad gewys in die eenheid, maar daar was slegs 'n stort.

See stars. We were only there for a quick overnight stay, but there was everything we needed there, clean and tidy and the owner was very helpful and pleasant.
