We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the extended Eskom outage during your stay. While power outages are unfortunately beyond our control, we understand how frustrating they can be, especially when they affect essential amenities like the fridge and WiFi. We do our best to mitigate these issues by providing backup lighting, and we will continue exploring further ways to enhance our guests' comfort during such occurrences.
Regarding the area, we understand your concerns and agree that there are improvements needed in the surroundings. We are actively involved in local initiatives aimed at revitalising the community, as we believe in making our neighbourhood as welcoming as possible for both residents and visitors.
