AC508 - On the Beach 43 Penthouse is a stylish self-catering duplex penthouse located in the secure On the Beach complex 6 km outside of the Swakopmund town centre. The apartment offers expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, and is close to the famous new Wreck Restaurant and the newly completed Platz Am Meer shopping centre.
The apartment opens to a the spacious open plan living area with the most stunning views. The lounge has a large, comfortable L-shaped couch, a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are furnished with high end finishes. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools.
The first bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains a single bed. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
Upstairs guests can enjoy a second lounge and bar area fitted with a TV, a wine cooler and an ice machine. The entertainment room has its own kitchen offering a gas stove and dishwasher.
