Epic. Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was at Anchors Rest. My kids want to go back on our next vacation; they feel that it's the most tranquil yet enjoyable place they have been. As for the staff, absolutely loving and caring, and also humane. I will recommend this place to anyone.

Was a good weekend but u guys should really do something about the flies and insects. The flies and insects are very bad.

Wonderful weekend with family from overseas and locally. Thoroughly enjoyed Anchors Rest, had everything we wanted and more. Enoch and Rebecca very welcoming and helpful. Decor excellent, accommodation very clean and upmarket. Would highly recommend this venue. Games and tennis a real treat, such a clever idea. Used both the gas and charcoal braais. Could not have asked for more. Even with loadshedding and Wi-Fi problems still managed to stream TV for our old parents and kept them happy too with the golf and travel programmes. Five star plus.

Baie lekker, fantasties, het soos 'n koning geleef. Dit is n baie skoon, netjiese nuut oorgedoende huis, op die strand geleë, meers as genoeg "entertainment" vir almal, uitstekende geriewe en baie veilig. Rustig sonder min of geen of te veel mense om jou nie, baie privaat.

Home away from home. Wow. This is a beautiful beach house with direct access to the beach. The house is so neat and clean and smells amazing. Spacious rooms and showers. Comfortable beds as well. Love the interior design of the house. The outside entertainment area with the pool and the braai area is just amazing. We received excellent service from the host as well as Enock and Rebecca. We are always booking places on the South Coast but this by far was the best stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and not forgetting the goodie box you receive on your arrival. Thank you, will definitely be back.
