Apartment 26 on Beach is a luxurious beachfront apartment at The Village apartment complex, on the first floor, with breathtaking, uninterrupted sea, beach and bay views from your living area, main bedroom and spacious balcony, closer to the beach you cannot get.
This modern apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a spacious sea facing balcony. The main bedroom with stunning sea views, has a king-sized bed and its en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath and toilet. The sliding doors of the main bedroom open onto the lovely sea facing balcony. The second bedroom provides two single beds and has views into a lovely planted atrium. The second, separate bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment sleeps 4, but a 5th bed can be prepared in the lounge on request. Two sets of quality linen and towels which include bath and beach; per person are provided during your stay.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for you self-catering holiday, including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven with glass hob, filter coffee machine, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The elegant dining area seats 6 and the modern lounge provide leather seating. There is a 46" television with satellite programs and DVD. The lounge and the main bedroom open with sliding doors onto the heart of the apartment - a spacious, covered sea facing balcony.
The Village is situated in the heart of Hout Bay, on the main beach, surrounded by wonderful shops and many restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast places. It offers 24 hour security, a large indoor heated swimming pool for use of residents; secure locked basement parking, a lift to all levels, and a lovely planted atrium.
