Excellent.

The staff and security were very friendly. We were lost, but upon arrival we were treated with royalty. I will definitely come back. The rooms are so beautiful and elegant. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Disappointing.

The rate was higher than average for the area and stated that breakfast was included. At check-in, no mention of breakfast was made. However, the next morning, we were advised that no breakfast was available. Why did I pay the full rate?
