It has an open plan lounge area with ceiling fan and tv with Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, air fryer kettle and microwave. A comfy lounge suite and a TV with Netflix are available in the lounge. The bathroom with shower only is accessable from the bedroom and the lounge.
The unit has its own patio , own yard and its own remote controlled gate.
The unit has a carport with space for one vehicle or a second with prior arrangement.
The second unit is suitable for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children or 4 single individuals of same gender traveling together The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and single bed, with a tv with open view and aircon while the open living area has 2 single beds. ,ceiling fan and tv with Netflix. The private bathroom is accesable from the lounge and is fitted with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, air fryer , kettle and microwave. A 4-seater dining table, two comfy couches , and a TV with Netflix are available as well. There are a door between bedroom and lounge for privacy.
The unit has its own braai area ,carport with space for one car or a second with prior arrangement and a remote controlled gate.
