Our stay was perfect and the location, house was stunning. We really enjoyed staying here. The location was ideal. House beautiful and well-kept. Ilze, our host, was so accommodating and friendly - she even sent us ideas of what to do in Wilderness which was so thoughtful. We would definitely book again and will recommend it happily to all friends and family. Thank you. One point I feel I should mention was when there is loadshedding, there is absolutely no signal in this area, which was a little surprising and challenging as I had to work whilst there.

Pragtig geleë teenaan die rivier met goedversorgde huis wat pragtig afgewerk was. Vanaf die ontvangs tot die vertrek was die kommunikasie uitstekend. Pragtige beveiligde kompleks en die afwerking van die huis en detail van die inrigting, was uit die boonste rakke. Die beskikbaarheid van 'n kayak was 'n bonus en ons 'ou mense' het soos kinders gevoel om op die rivier te roei. Die mooi hasies wat vry tussen die huise beweeg was 'n plesierige extra.

Beautiful views and close to shops, restaurants and beach. Had fun with kayak on the river. The stove stop was unfortunately badly rusted.

Home away from home. Wow! Kon nie vir beter vra nie. Sal enige tyd weer teruggaan. Absoluut, die geld en die moeite werd.

We enjoyed our stay. River view was perfect, pity about the N2 being so close. We enjoyed our visit with family and friends at At Rest. Weather was amazing, canoeing was great fun. Cabin was well equipped and our host Ilse was professional and friendly. On the downside, The N2 is close and the traffic runs right through the night. We also found the upstairs bathroom setup inpractical. We recommend a sliding door on the master bedroom for privacy.

Dit was ongelooflik lekker gewees. Die huis verleng groot ruimte, maar dit is 'n ongelooflike mooi huis.

Beautiful view over the river. At Rest has an amazing view over the river, however, when making the booking, you are not made aware of the fact that the back of the house is very near to the N2 and therefore noisy day and night. The house is well fitted with everything you need, however, we are convinced that our bed linen was not washed after the previous guests slept there, the blankets offered to cover your legs while sitting on the deck smell of dog and the dish drying rack is slimy and full of mould.
