Due to escalating incidents of fraudulent electronic fund transfers (EFT), we require that EFT payments be made at least 2 days prior to arrival. If your payment is not reflected in our bank account upon arrival, we will require you to pay the outstanding amount. The necessary refund will occur if and when the payment is reflected in our bank account.
No keys or permits will be issued until the full account has been settled. Cheque payments are not accepted.

Accommodation units are serviced daily.
No visitors or day visitors are allowed at the unit or on the property.
Guests using our camping facilities must please bring their power point adaptor.
Own swimming towels and dishcloths must be provided
Only accepted swimwear will be allowed.

Please note that ATKV Resorts are family-orientated resorts with small children visiting; so no loud noise or parties are allowed. Silence is enforced from 22:00 – 07:00 for the comfort of all our guests. No music from motor vehicles or private sound systems/equipment is permitted at the resort. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to make a reservation at ATKV Resorts.

No pets are allowed.

Unfortunately, the host cannot accommodate any extra people in the units, if a unit e.g. accommodates 4 people; is this maximum that is allowed; the host does not have extra beds; and does not allow extra people/children in units.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodation units and buildings throughout the property. In accordance with the law, guests may face fines for non-compliance. Additionally, the use of “Hookah” or "Hubbly Bubbly" pipes is also not permitted anywhere on the property.
