Dit is die perfekte plek vir 'n romantiese wegbreek. Dit is die perfekte plek vir 'n romantiese wegbreek. Muad, Matthew & Porshe is die beste, dankie julle! Die enigste ding wat fout was, is dat die toilette nie 'n deur het nie, anders is alles perfek.

Romantic, peaceful with nice views. The venue is great for a romantic retreat. The weather, however, was not great to say the least, and I didn't realise access to the accommodation parking would be so uphill. Other than this, the place is beautiful, with great views of Harties Dam and surrounding mountains. Unfortunately, due to heavy thunderstorms, our plugs were not working. So, no entertainment; fans also need upgrading, and an outside umbrella would have worked nicely.

Ek was bitter teleurgesteld en voel vir R 1500 per nag belaglik is. Alhoewel mens kan sien dit was 'n spog plek, het hulle blykbaar 'n jaar terug 'n nuwe eienaar gekry. Dit is regtig erg verwaarloos. Dekke is super vuil, grasdakke val uit mekaar. Dak waaier werk glad nie, asook ligte in die badkamer.

While we appreciate your observations, we believe a deeper understanding of the property’s improvements under new management would provide a more accurate perspective. A review of past guest feedback and the notable increase in bookings over the past year would offer a clearer and more informed view than the assertions you’ve made. Recently, a lightning strike affected a tree near the thatch roof, resulting in minor damage to some overhead fans and plugs. This incident was promptly communicated to you, and precautionary measures were taken, including the removal of a small portion of the thatch to manage fire risks. We are pleased to confirm that this has since been addressed. An alternative suite was offered, but you chose to remain in your booked suite and even booked spa treatments during your stay, which we hope enhanced your overall experience. We have implemented further measures with our housekeeping team to ensure the common areas remain thoroughly clean. However, outdoor spaces can occasionally be impacted by environmental factors such as strong winds. We kindly encourage guests to raise any concerns during their stay so we can address them promptly and enhance their experience. Thank you once again for your feedback.
