Had a great time at this special place. Wow, what a privilege to be able to stay in such a special place! We spent 4 nights in the Houthuisie in October. Beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and Barbeton. It's quite old, not very spacious, but excellently equipped and we quickly fell in love with it. The Berghuisie definitely has a more spacious porch and will be cooler, because it is made of stone.
