Description
Beach Break is a self-catering beach house located across the road from the popular tidal pool in Gouritsmond. This lovely and spacious holiday home consists of the main house and a separate apartment that offers unrestricted views of the sea and it is only 50 m from the rocks and 400 m from the main beach.
The house can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children and has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds, 1 with a double bed, and a children's room with 2 three-quarter-sized bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one being an en-suite with a basin, toilet, and bath. The other bathroom, shared by the remaining rooms, has a toilet, basin, and shower. There is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a four-plate gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, and cutlery and crockery. Please note that there is no oven but there is a convection oven. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite. The house also has a TV with DStv.
The stack away sliding doors open on the verandah that creates a seamless flow between inside and out. On the verandah is a large braai area. The property has a spacious fenced lawn in front of the verandah ideal for the children to play.
