I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and I apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the man you spoke to was not a plumber he was the owner of the other unit. As soon as my manager was made aware she was phoning plumbers and unfortunately St Lucia is limited when it comes to qualified people to do the job. The geyser needed a replacement and we had to order one. My manager also stated that she was only made aware of this the day before your departure. I offered a discount on a future stay as an apology which unfortunately was turned down however, we will still hold this for you should you change your mind. This was completely out of my hands as an owner and I tried my best to rectify it however it was difficult to do that during your stay. The rest of the complex was also full otherwise we would have moved you to another unit. We pride ourselves on making sure our guests are comfortable and happy and always ask that if there are any issues please make us aware of them straight away.
