Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests will be required to sign a T&C’s and damages policy document.
Smoking or vaping inside or on the undercover patio area is prohibited. Guests are requested to smoke outside in the garden, or under the undercover parking area.
Parties or excessive noise is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Do not leave children unattended along the canals.
Due to pre-arranged access at the Marina’s Security, please ensure that your booking confirmation indicates the correct number of people that will be staying on the property. If it does not reflect the correct number of people please contact the host before arrival. A guest information form will be completed by all guests prior to check-in.
The unit accommodates up to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 16 years. Bookings for 6 adults will not be permitted.
A damage deposit of one night's rental will be charged and refunded within 7-10 working days of your departure. Please note the breakage deposit amount will depend on the season rate. The indicated amount is based on our low season rate. A breakage contract will also be signed prior to check-in.
