Bella Vista is a charming self-catering house located in the heart of the Swartland region. With its stylish design, Bella Vista provides a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests to relax and unwind while exploring the surrounding area. The Swartland is an area in the Western Cape province of South Africa known for its picturesque landscapes, vineyards, and charming rural atmosphere. The region is renowned for its wine production, particularly for its high-quality Shiraz and Chenin Blanc varietals.
This beautiful house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms with air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom leads to a private patio with a view of the sparkling swimming pool and hot tub and is furnished with a queen-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. This bedroom can make use of the guests’ bathroom in the house fitted with a corner bath, shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, this house spoils guests with a dishwasher for their convenience. The kitchen expands to a kiddie's lounge furnished with comfy seating which also serves as extra sleeping space that needs to be arranged prior, and a smart TV with access to YouTube, Showmax, Netflix, and DStv, which guests can use on their own accounts. The adjacent indoor braai area has comfortable couches and a smart TV with access to streaming Apps that guests can log onto their own accounts. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Through the stacking doors, guests walk out to a large covered patio with a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable seating, and an outdoor braai. Guests are spoiled with a wood-fired hot tub and plunge pool and have beautiful views. These amenities allow guests to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings.
Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises behind fenced gates or in front of the house.
The house has an alarm system and there is a full solar panel system so the house is not affected by load shedding.
