Berchtesgaden Ranch & Guest Farm is a charming farm nestled in the Witfontein District, providing accommodation on a fully operational working farm.
This house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 individually furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 4 single beds and shares the use of a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to the dining area and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a huge screen where you can connect a laptop to a late-night movie. Complimentary WI-Fi is available.
A spacious veranda awaits, complete with a wooden table where guests can sit and gaze across the grass plains. Each morning, a fresh bottle of full cream milk and eggs will be waiting, or guests can collect their own eggs from the nest and milk Jersey themselves, embracing the farm lifestyle firsthand.
Guests can take a refreshing dip by heading to the farm dam, which doubles as a swimming pool during warm days. Guests can also make use of that lodge for meals. Additionally, guests can interact with the farm animals, including sheep, lambs, cattle, bullocks, chickens, boer goats, pigs, horses, and donkeys, which adds to the authentic farm experience.
