Aangenaam, positief en voldoende. Die verblyf was baie aangenaam. Netjies en skoon met alles wat ons sou nodig hê vir 'n naweek. Goeie ligging, rustig en naby aan winkels en restaurante. Sal dit vir seker aanbeveel. Goeie prys, baie billik.

Uitstaande kuiertjie. Was heerlik vir ons om by Big Bay Beach Club 184 te bly. Baie netjiese plek en veilig! Ons sal beslis weer daar bly. Baie dankie!

Perfect for a comfortable 4-day trip with all the conveniences. We enjoyed our second stay there. Lovely airy apartment with some views of the sea. Very comfortable.

Ek wou rustig wees en ontspan en die plek was net wat ek nodig gehad het. Ek het baie lekker gebly, die plek was netjies en baie gerieflik. Sal beslis weer daar bespreek.

The apartment was bad. Not recommended. Big Bay Beach Club as a place to go is great. Apartment 184 is not good. It needs fumigation.

Not worth it, not happy! Wants to be reimbursed. I have sent an email and await a response. I was expecting a 2-bedroom; the unit was dirty, the crockery and utensils were dirty. I had to clean the unit before I could actually relax. There was no bathroom light, and the WiFi went off Saturday evening at 7pm, so no TV or connection at all, and we couldn't even braai!

Good afternoon Aisha, Thank you for your review. All feedback is good. I have not received any emails or phone calls from you since we spoke when you booked in. I apologise for the light bulb that was blown; this can happen at any time. There were spares in the cupboard. The WiFi that went off - was the router accidentally switched off? I would have been able to call the service provider if you contacted me regarding this. There is a TV - so I am not sure why you would say there is no TV. As for the Braai - the whole Big Bay Beach Club and all the units are not allowed to braai in the units at the moment since they are waiting for an inspection; this is noted on my profile as well. As for the dirty utensils and unit - please provide me with photos of this as I would happily give you a SweepSouth voucher to compensate you for your time spent cleaning the unit - that was very kind of you. For future reference - if you ever have an issue at accommodation, please be so kind as to contact the owners and inform them of the issue when it is current and allow them the opportunity to investigate and assist you as patrons, as that is why we rent out our places - because we love people and making them happy. The most beautiful location. Thank you Janet for the most awesome experience of staying in Big Bay Beach Club 184. The apartment has everything you need. Great location, it's close to restaurants, stores, and the beach. It's very peaceful and quiet; you can hear the waves crash. My family and I will definitely visit soon.
