I trust you are doing well. My apologies if you had this experience, but I would have appreciated it if you had shown your dissatisfaction when you checked in.
This specific unit has been rented on a long-term basis and the tenant moved out on the morning of 1 June 2024. I had two cleaners clean that unit. You needed to check in at 12:00 already which I didn't deny you. You were satisfied with the unit when my assistant booked you in and showed you the unit. You were only not happy with the leaves that were at the braai area as we had strong winds during the day. I accommodated you to remove the two single beds in one room and replaced it with a double bed.
I have questioned my cleaners again and they assure me that everything was perfectly clean. They informed me that you left a frying pan underneath the table which was burnt and had ashes inside, as well as a pot where you made porridge for the braai. They also mentioned that they didn't deny you the extra three slices of toast you required for each guest and that you were not happy with the type of juice.
We respect our guests and react immediately to rectify if they have any complaints when checking in. Once again, please accept my apologies for the way you experienced it.

My humble apology with your experience which I only received now. I would have appreciated it if you immediately bring it to my attention where I would be able to addres it immediately as you have stayed for two days. I cant understand why it would be difficult for you to enter at the acess control gate as every room has got a remote to get access to our establishment. I would kindly request you to give me more clarity on the cleanliness which was not up to standard according to your expectations to enable me to take it up with my staff.
Once again, please accept my appology for the way you have experienced it.

Jammer vir die ongerief wat jy ervaar het, ek spreek die probleem onmiddellik aan en dankie dat jy dit onder my aandag gebring het.
Ongelukkig is daardie swembad buite werking, wag vir die winter sodat ek hom oor kan doen- moet weer met marbleite gedoen word weens lek. Op die hoof perseel is die swembad 100% wat tot almal se toegang is. Ons het die DSTV gekanselleer weens kostes en het Netflix en Shomax in al die kamers geinstalleer. Met die huidige weersomstandighede kan ek nie met al my reperasies begin nie, en moet wag vir die winter, ek gaan die hele plek binne en buite oor verf en aandag gee sou daar enige gebreke binne die kamers is. Weereens baie dankie vir jou terugvoer, ek het nie geweet van die deur wat probleme gee nie.

Good day Lissa,
The problem with the hot water was fixed the same evening. All the geysers are on timers so that the geysers can go on and off on different times. Unfortunately, the timer broke on the same weekend you booked in. We did ask the guest on the same floor and they did have warm water afterwards. The remote was replace with another one when we were phoned and it was reported that is was not working. We have a lot of guests who are using the remotes and cannot know when the battery will go flat. For the other problems, we apologise for your inconvenience.
