Friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family. Wow, what can I say? They are very welcoming and friendly. Richard always checked up on me to make sure I'm okay and safe, and made sure I have everything I needed. His sister and I had a nice chat and great laughter on the Sunday sitting on the porch. Very nice. We booked the accommodation because of a wedding at Monkey Valley, so we only slept there and did not really have time to enjoy the place and the swimming pool. My husband enjoyed a swim before we left for the wedding. But it's a nice and cozy little place and very quiet.

It was a convenient location to travel around Cape Town. As advertised on your website: This unit sleeps 2 people in one room with 2 three-quarter beds, and in the loft, there is a queen-size bed that sleeps 2. There is also a single bed in the study area. Unfortunately, it was not clear that the unit is upstairs, above a garage with steep stairs to the deck. Secondly, the loft has no standing room and has no bed, just a mattress on the floor. We were 4 adults, 2 couples travelling together and in the age range of 50 - 60, so all stairs were a problem since they were very steep. We had booked for nearly 2 weeks, which apparently was unusual for them, so there was no emptying of bins; we purchased our own bags and took this outside, no topping up of dishwashing liquid; we purchased our own. We were not able to sweep the floor as no broom was provided.
