Neat, tidy and safe. I will stay there in the future without thinking twice.

Absolutely lovely. The unit was very clean and tidy. The photos reflected exactly what the unit looked like. The aircon did make some noise, but when reported, the feedback and assistance were quick.

Stay was OK with a few problems.

1. Windows don't shut properly. 2. Small cockroaches in kitchen. 3. Sharp knives are broken and poor quality. 4. All coffee mugs are small. 5. Glasses and mugs are all different sizes. 6. No braai bowl. 7. Taps leaking in kitchen. 8. No plug in kitchen sink. 9. No plugs at mirrors, so hard to do hair and makeup.

Super waarde vir geld. Pragtige ligging, skoon, baie te doen vir die kinders, mooi resort.

Mooi resort, baie te doen vir ons en die kinders, naby die strand, restaurante en winkels. Skoon, mooi woonstel. Mooi uitsig.

Aircon not working and sofa dirty.

Aircon not working in our apartment for our entire trip after reporting it numerously. The sofa was dirty in the living room. The cookerhood above the stove is not working. Requested if I could book out a bit later on the Sunday as I was working in the area and might not be finished by 10am - was told that we should strictly be out by 10am. The resort itself is in a good location and have good facilities for kids. Will not book with this agent and this room again.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Yes, unfortunately, the cooker hood is not working, as we replaced the stove and bought a new unit. We hope to have that replaced in due time, to match the stove. The technician confirmed that the aircon was working, but due to the high humidity, it might not have felt like that but always remember to close the windows, as it will cool down the room much quicker if the aircon is on. We do apologize for the 10:00 checkout, but there was a scheduled arrival for the afternoon, and we have to implement strict rules in order to get the unit clean and apply the necessary Covid Cleaning regulations. We look forward to hosting you on the next trip.

Baie swak kommunikasie en admin.

Geen inligting omtrent oord in kamers, daar is gesê daar is geen skonnmaakdienste en toe ons weer sien, is daar mense in ons eenheid. Toe ons by restaurant wou teken, moes ons eers by ontvangs 'n rekening oop maak, maar wanneer jy inteken word dit nie genoem nie. Slegs 4 vurke, geen skêr.

Best Ilse, baie dankie vir julle terugvoering. Ons waardeer julle tyd hieraan spandeer aangesien dit ons altyd help om te verbeter. Na my gesprek met jou het jy bevestig julle het nie die epos gelees met al die nodige informasie nie, aangesien julle baie haastig was en op die nippertjie bespreek het. Ons vra wel omverskoning vir die skêr en het vir die skoonmaakdienste gevra om asb dadelik 'n skêr weer in die eenheid te sit. Nogmaals dankie vir julle terugvoering, ons waardeer dit opreg. Tot volgdende keer.
