Located in an exclusive mountain village in Central Drakensberg, Cathkin Estates is a secure eco-estate and wildlife sanctuary with both diurnal and nocturnal animals roaming freely and surrounded by spectacular scenery and mountain views.
This spacious home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and a separate toilet, which can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a child-only bunk bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The 2 bathrooms are each fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a dining table, a fireplace, a TV, and comfortable seating.
This home boasts a private garden with stunning views of the Drakensberg Mountains. Hiking, trail running, and mountain biking trails, complete with forest sections and waterfalls, begin right at the doorstep. Additionally, the estate features a trout fishing dam.
