Regarding the electricity issue, I want to assure you that we did everything within our power to resolve it swiftly. Despite the challenges posed by stage 6 load shedding, we logged a fault with Eskom and worked diligently throughout the day to restore power, which was eventually resolved by 7 pm. We even extended an extension cord to your room to accommodate your needs, and our emergency backup lights and solar lighting were available for your comfort and safety.
I regret any inconvenience caused and would have been more than happy to relocate you to another room had we known about your dissatisfaction. Please know that I am always reachable via WhatsApp or phone, and I encourage guests to reach out to me directly for any assistance.
