Ons het dit so geniet dat ons die huis wil koop! Ons het dit so geniet en lekker ontspan weg van die besige stadslewe en gejaag af. Die bokkie wat by die dam langs die huis kom drink het, was 'n bonus. Die Jacuzzi was heerlik! Die bobbejane het ons 'n show gegee! Kon ongelukkig nie 'n vis vang nie, dalk karp en barber ook in die dam sit? Die bass was vreeslik skaam!

Salig vir die siel. Dit was heerlik rustig. Plekkie is goed ingerig met alles wat nodig is.

Will be back . We had a super lovely stay, making it a very relaxing weekend. If you want to get away from everyday life and do a little "Off Grid" living, it is definitely the place to be. Remotely hidden away from society and all the hustle and bustle… Clean, organised and with a touch of character. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Relaxing family getaway. Being out in nature was so refreshing and energising for the soul. Lovely walking trails. Plenty of animal sounds and sightings, with the fresh air blowing over the dam was just amazing. Jacuzzi nights with the sun setting were breathtakingly beautiful. No car noises and absolutely no neighbours was an added bonus. Outdoor life at its best. WiFi and signal were very slow at first but a reboot halfway in seemed to do the trick. The chalet has the basic things needed, basic farm-style decor, missed a toaster and microwave only because my 6-year-old is a fussy eater, so had to make use of the gas stove. However, the beds are by far the most comfortable from any other place we stayed, 5-star accommodation included. Best sleep I have had in years. Guess everyone agreed as sleep-ins were a regular occurrence. Would recommend to anyone, definitely worth the cost.

Lovely family getaway off the grid. Our stay was lovely, the indoor fireplace was such a blessing with the freezing weather conditions on the second night. They arranged a TV and DSTV so we could enjoy the rugby. Due to the heavy rainfall, the cottage felt like a houseboat.

Een van die beste vakansies wat ons nog gehad het. Dit is stil, die huis was reg op die dam, eintlik na die baie reën letterlik teen die dam. Daar is baie voëls wat sing, en die huis is baie gerieflik en die warm bad en die vuurherd was baie lekker om die koue af te weer. Sal weer kom. Die area bied ook baie. Gasheer en vrou was baie behulpsaam.

Rus, vrede, natuur, stil raak. Chalet is perfek gelëe, alles is netjies en skoon. Baie gerieflik ingerig. Ware ontspanningsgeleentheid.

A tranquil and secluded oasis! Vista vista vista! A very relaxing stay and the hosts made a great effort to make our romantic stay special. Book 2 nights because the tub is large and takes 12 hours to heat, so you don't want to be ushered out early before you can enjoy the fruits of your labour in this stunning location!
