Onvergeetlike natuurskoon, gemaklike verblyf en die rustigheid van die plaaslewe. Berghuis is ongelooflik mooi en goed toegerus met alles wat jy benodig. Ons het heerlik gekuier en die rustige en beeldskone natuur was net prentjie mooi. Die baie vriendelike perde was beslis die hoogtepunt van die naweek. Sal beslis weer wil gaan kuier op die plaas in die berg.

Goed vir ontspanning en wegbreek. Heerlik. Die huis was vir ons 'n perfekte wegbreek, ongelooflike uitsigte, baie mooi natuur. Die huis is lekker uitgerig en het alles wat jy nodig het.

Pragtige wegbreek uit die stad se geraas is presies wat 'n mens nodig het. Ons het baie lekker gebly, maar ongelukkig was die weer nie in ons guns nie en kon nie die natuur gaan verken nie. Ongelukkig wou die "donkie" ook nie saam werk vir die stook van warm water nie en moes ongelukkig sonder dit klaarkom. Rigtingaanwysers moet beter gedeel word, soos om seker te maak jy neem die Sandy's Glen grondpad afdraai en moenie Google Maps volg nie. Ook op die plaas was daar geen aanwysers oor hoe om by die Berghuis uit te kom nie. Met geen selfoonopvangs maak dit die taak baie moeilik om die plek te kry.

Our family of four had the pleasure of spending Easter weekend at Die Berghuis @ Vadersberg, and it was an experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and peace of the surroundings. The accommodation was perfect, blending rustic charm with all the comforts of home, ensuring our stay was cozy and comfortable. Just a heads up that there are camping spots very close to the accommodation with 'public' showers and toilets next to the house, so for those who want complete solitude, it's worth knowing this. One of the highlights of our visit was the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty that envelops Die Berghuis @ Vadersberg. Whether it was exploring the nearby trails, enjoying the sunsets, or simply sitting outside and marveling at the star-filled sky, each moment allowed us to reconnect with nature in a way we hadn't realized we were missing. But what truly made our stay memorable was the sense of safety and tranquility that Die Berghuis @ Vadersberg offered. In today's fast-paced world, finding a haven where one can feel completely at ease is rare. Die Berghuis @ Vadersberg provided that and so much more, ensuring our family could enjoy each other's company in a peaceful and stunning environment. Comfortable and tastefully furnished with great amenities including solar power. Very comfortable house and great to have a proper kitchen with a stove. The bed is extremely comfortable. Nicely decorated and all furniture is comfy. Lovely view of pine forests and a dam. The only downside was if the camping ground was full, as the ablution facilities are outside the back door. The road is good except for the last few kilometers, so in wet weather, maybe a problem? We had an X Trail which managed well. A gem actually if no campers.

Quiet, peaceful, tranquil and restorative - food for the soul. Such a beautiful setting - quiet, peaceful, tranquil and restorative. The cabin is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Plenty of firewood available for the inside fireplace and the donkey which heats the water - bring your firemaking skills. We felt safe taking long walks in the forest and mountains, and the mountain biking is awesome too - with spectacular views.

Tranquility and restful. We loved our stay and would happily return. The weather was perfect, and we had the whole place to ourselves. Our host came to our rescue when our car battery died on the mountain top, and for this we are grateful. It's definitely the place to go when you want peace and tranquility. It is rustic, yet comfortable. The water pressure tended to drop in the house, and we used the camp shower room for a hot shower. We loved the horses visiting and the freedom to take walks in all directions.

'n Houthuisie omring deur die mooiste natuur. Die Berghuis gee jou 'n kans om heeltemal te ontspan. Mens is omring deur die mooiste natuur en dit was baie lekker dat daar geen ander kampeerders was nie. Die kinders kon rond hardloop en vir 'n slag net speel.
