Relaxing child-friendly stay. Lovely stay, clean beaches, chalet needs more cookware, the bedding for the sleeper couch had no covers, communication with the host was good. Pity the Dunes restaurant has closed down as we were looking forward to the pool area with our small children.

Upon your check-in, we made a point to personally connect with you and encouraged you to reach out to us immediately if there were any issues with the unit. Throughout your 8-day stay, we did not receive any communication regarding a shortage of cookware. Additionally, the issue with the bedding for the sleeper couch was only mentioned after your departure, which unfortunately prevented us from resolving the matter during your stay. By raising these concerns after your departure, we were unable to address or resolve them in a timely manner. We also noted your feedback regarding cleanliness. However, during both your check-in and stay, no concerns about cleanliness were raised, and we did provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning to ensure your comfort. In regard to your security rating, we would like to highlight that The Dunes Resort offers 24-hour security and controlled access. Additionally, the Holiday Cafe remained open throughout your stay, serving light meals and beverages at the pool area. We believe your review does not accurately reflect the experience provided during your stay, particularly considering the deduction made from your breakage deposit due to the significant damage to the linen following your departure. We always strive to provide our guests with a positive experience.

Baie lekker. Die eenheid was netjies en mooi opgepas en die skottelgoedwasser was beslis baie nuttig. Ons sal graag weer daar wil bly.

Wonderful beach holiday. The unit was lovely and exactly as described. Well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine which is so handy for a longer stay. The beds were super comfy with beautiful linen. The unit is close to the pathway to the beach which is a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and the owners were very helpful, communicating everything clearly. Thank you. My only suggestion would be to include dishwashing cloths and unlimited free WiFi.

Beautiful, clean, modern, very central to everything. This unit was exactly what we wanted. We had a fantastic holiday here despite the weather. Host was very helpful and responded quickly.

Heerlik gebly, pragtige ligging, pragtige huis! Huis het gewerk vir ons gesin, lekker kon slaap en braai. Naby al die toeriste aantreklikhede en die huis is baie netjies en skoon.
