Description
Edgewater Cottage is a charming self-catering holiday home situated on the waterfront of the beautiful Thesen Islands.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms in the main house and a 1 bedroom granny flat. In the main house, the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds with an en-suite fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite shower, basin, and toilet. The granny flat is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
Guests enter an expansive open-concept living area that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area, and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches, and a TV with selected DStv channels, Netflix, and Apple TV. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
The lounge extends to the patio area which boasts seating space, and stacked doors that open up widely overlooking the beautiful water.
The granny flat has a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate gas stove, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. It has comfy couches, and a TV.
At the back of the house, guests can enjoy a lovely braai next to the heated swimming pool. Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises for 2 vehicles. There’s also a boat mooring at the house.
