Home away from home. After a bad experience we went and stayed at Tisha Llama Self-catering where we where welcomed by the lady and her husband. They where so friendly and kind and helpful, lovely people. We had a lovely stay and holiday. We would highly recommend it any time.

After we spoke to owner of all the issues on premisses she was very unproffesional! The venue is not suitable for 12 people as a vacation venue. I also wasn't informed that the venue was a student house. Broken taps. The shower was not draining. Not enough kitchen utensils. The beds in some rooms are not even proper. Had an issue with warm water and only after we asked the owner he informed us that venue used gas heaters for water. No iron. Kettle broken. Toaster broken. We were not informed that another guest was on the premises. The main toilet is leaking. We had to fix the en suite toilet. Also when we asked for an outside light the owner came to put some wires and light outside, but it was hazardous. After we spoke to the owner to please refund us some of the money to at least make our stay comfortable. The owner was very unprofessional. While we spoke to them they just ignored us. After I told them we were going to expose them. They just made as if we didn't tell them about the issues. We are still going to expose them on social media! I will not recommend this venue to anybody! This is not a holiday venue!
