Located on the banks of the Watervals River, Fonteinhuisie is a cosy self-catering holiday cottage located just outside of Tulbagh. This secluded cottage is a great option for a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
This cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating where guests can relax with a book.
Outside is a sunny patio with seating and a built-in braai which is the perfect spot for guests to unwind and enjoy a braai while admiring the views. Fonteinhuisie is located about 8 km from Tulbagh town and 4 km from the R46 on the Tulbaghweg Road. You have a 360-degree view of the mountains, the famous waterfall, and the stunning natural scenery. The cottage is self-sufficient in power as solar panels provide the necessary electricity.
