Very good and comfortable.

We arrived at the main gate and were received promptly and shown our accommodation in a kind and friendly manner.

Netjies, stil en stylvol.

Netjiese plek, eienaar is behulpsaam en vriendelik. Dit is in 'n stil omgewing met 'n mooi natuurgebied langs. Ons het die kuier daar baie geniet!

Besigheidsreis vir 2 dae oorgebly.

Baie stil en aangename omgewing. Retha was baie behulpsaam. Wees bedag dat selfoonopvangs nie baie goed is nie. Die ligging binne 'n kloof is hiervoor verantwoordelik. WiFi baie goed.

Not a happy stay. We moved out after 3 hours.

After booking for 2 nights, we ended up staying for about 3 hours, after which we moved to alternative accommodation. The home was very cold with no heating option other than blankets. Entrance from the road to the driveway from both sides is extremely dangerous. The 2-plate stove in the kitchen was full of grime. The hostess did offer to refund one night's accommodation.

Ron, I was very surprised when you called me to say that you are leaving. I did ask you if something was wrong and you said no. I even got LekkeSlaap to phone you and you didn't mention any of the above to them. You did not contact me to tell me that you are cold. I would have made a plan immediately to fix it. You didn't mention to me that the stove looked dirty to you. Unfortunately, I can't know if guests are happy or unhappy if they don't communicate with me. I did offer to refund you for one night as you said. My first priority is to always keep my guests happy and to make sure they are comfortable.
