Description

Galashiels is a luxury self-catering cottage located in the serene and safe Critchley Common residential estate in Dullstroom. Upon entering the estate, guests are greeted by beautiful communal gardens, a charming duck pond with white ducks, and a variety of wild birds.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Upstairs comprises 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed which shares a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Of the 2 bedrooms downstairs, the first is furnished with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. The downstairs bedrooms share a second full bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge features a comfortable lounge suite, a cosy fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The water supply is fresh borehole water and a daily cleaning service is provided.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area with a covered braai and dining area. The community is secure, with gates and remote-controlled access so guests can leave their car and walk into the village, to the shops and restaurants on the main road, just a block away.
