We do sometimes have issues with low voltage on the property coming in from the municipality, but we have not encountered issues with the electric blankets before. The low voltage normally makes it difficult to heat food in the microwave. The geyser in the room that you stayed in is a gas geyser. We use gas geysers on the property due to the low voltage issues and to ensure you have hot water even during load shedding. Once you notified us of the plumbing issue, we called the plumber to the site to attend to the problem.
