House Rules

Pets are not permitted on the property.
No events or parties are allowed.
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapes, e cigarettes etc.) is strictly prohibited. You may use the outside garden area to do so.
If any evidence or odour of cigarettes is present on the property after your departure, we will charge a penalty fee for not adhering to this important rule.
No photography or videography for commercial use.
No rowdiness or loud noises between 23h00 and 08h00.
Check-in time is after 15h00.
Check-out time is strictly before 11h00.
Maximum occupancy should not exceed 4 individuals.
