- Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire from the establishment about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
- Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.
- Children aged between 3 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
- Pets live on the property: There are some small friendly farm dogs running around.
- The cottage is situated on a working farm where farming equipment is used from time to time, so can potentially create noise.
- Goederus is in a dead spot as far as mobile phone reception is concerned. A signal can be picked up about 5 km before the farm on the gravel road.
