Hi Bernard, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay! Regarding the dirt road, it is graded frequently - and a 4x4 is not necessary at all! However, a little sedan or a low-slung car has to travel more slowly than cars with better ground clearance! As I said, my elderly neighbour travels the road three times a week in his little Hyundai Getz, which is no 4x4! We hope to see you again!

Amazing accommodation at a very reasonable price. Loved our little getaway! What an amazing place. We only booked for one night stay, as we were swimming Capital K at Midmar Dam on the Sunday. On arrival, we were greeted by Peta, who made us feel totally at home and welcome. The Wrinkly Tin cottage was beautiful, clean and was a lot more than we expected. All in all, it was one of the best places I have been to in the Midlands. My husband and I had actually said whilst sitting on the verandah, we forgot about the "outside" world and all your daily stresses. We will definitely be booking again.

Rustige, skoon en warm plekkie. Ongelooflike uitsig van die stoep af. Skoon, warm plek vir die winter. Gasvrou behulpsaam en doen ekstra moeite. Oorslaap was heerlik, ons wou langer bly. Sal definitief beplan vir 'n langer kuier volgende keer.

Everything you need, peaceful, amazing host. Absolutely brilliant. Spotlessly clean. Lovely accommodation. Peaceful surroundings. Very comfy bed and great bedding. Absolute bliss, couldn't wish for more. An absolute gem away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely extra little unexpected touches by Peta, which were such a treat.

A nice stayover in a beautiful part of our country. Stunning view. The host went through extra trouble to accommodate us on short notice. Nice touches with fresh milk, eggs and rusks for breakfast.

Het omgewing goed verken. Is goed geleë daarvoor. Baie lekker gebly met 'n rustige plaasatmosfeer. Gasvrou het ons hartlik ontvang. Alles wat jy nodig het is beskikbaar. Is bederf met meer as normale vir selfbediening verblyf.
