Description
Hartenbos Landgoed 44 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom house situated in a 24-hour security estate in Hartenbos, which is ideal for groups of friends or families. We regret, no matric/student groups are allowed.
The house can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living and kitchen area. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is located on the top floor, together with the third bedroom which contains 2 three-quarter beds. There is a children's playroom with a single bed. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. In the adjoining laundry, there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a drying rack, and ironing facilities. There is also a larger drying rack in the garage. The living room is equipped with a TV with Premium DStv, and the kitchen leads to a covered patio with built-in braai facilities.
There is a cleaning service once a week, during which fresh linen and towels will be provided. The estate Is surrounded by dunes covered with lush vegetation and offers 24-hour access control ensuring guests' safety.
The estate also offers a communal swimming pool, 2 trampolines, and climbing frames for children. The beach is conveniently situated within walking distance from the estate, and the Langeberg Mall is just 6 km away.
