Die huis is lekker ruim en goed toegerus. Ons het baie lekker gebly. Die diens was goed en Walter was baie behulpsaam.

Dear Anel, Thank you for the service rating! With regards to the cleanliness: It was it not brought to our attention during your stay. If it was, we would surely have addressed it with a free cleaning service. You also had the cleaner a few times, did you point it out to her? I was also there a few times. Regarding security: You had a fully fenced power fence and alarm system with armed response linked to the alarm system for your protection. Was there an incident I was not made aware of? Also, if there was such a concern, why did you leave the garage door open the morning you left? Regarding the location of 1-star rating: Our houses are 500m away from the sea and a 1.3-km drive to the beaches as advertised. We recall you renting from us many years ago in another unit 1 block away. Not much has changed since then. The couch in the lounge was torn early December, prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we did not have time to replace or repair it but it will be done soonest possible! The rest is in good order. If not, kindly notify me of your concern so we can attend to it. Trust your father is better after his mild heart attack when he was home. Kindly send him our best wishes! Regards, Walter and Louise
