Comfy, peaceful and quirky. Hibiscus House is a fully equipped home from home in a quiet street close to everything. It's a beautifully renovated old wood-and-iron Settler home, with every conceivable modern convenience. The decor is lovely and the house is geared for comfort and privacy and loads of space, including a private garden with majestic trees, an outside cool-water jacuzzi and a hot-water shower. It's the perfect space for a holiday with friends and family. It doesn't have a view and it's not within walking distance from the beach, but it's a short drive from everything, including all the beaches, and a five-minute walk to the shops.

Amazing. Dit was baie lekker. Dit was 'n baie lekker naweek. Die plek is so skoon en netjies, alles is daar wat jy benodig. Sally was heeltyd in kontak met die sleutels en alarm ens. Ons kan oor niks kla nie en ons sal beslis weer gaan en ek sal die plekkie aanbeveel vir enige iemand wat daardie kant toe gaan. Dis waarde vir jou geld en hulle bied goeie diens.

One night stop over with our dogs on our way to the Eastern Cape. The place is pet friendly. The venue is neat and not far from the main centre of Port Alfred, they are pet friendly but small dogs may be able to get out. Accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped.

The house itself is a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. Spacious, super clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is so convenient and safe, close to restaurants and shops and a lovely river walk. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it to couples wanting a romantic getaway or families with kids. And an added bonus and a rare find for sure are that it is pet friendly. We will definitely be back.

Rustige plekkie met alles wat jy nodig het. Die huis is uitstekend toegerus vir 2 tot 8 mense. Ruim en netjies met alles wat jy nodig het vir 'n naweek of weke se verblyf. Decor is pragtig en huis skep 'n rustige atmosfeer.

Baie mooi plekkie en baie veilig. Mooi en skoon en n plesier. Sally die eienaar is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sal enige tyd weer wil besoek.

An exceptional time in a lovely place. Hibiscus House truly is an amazing place, despite its unassuming appearance. As a group we loved our stay and the amenities it offered in a quiet little part of Port Alfred. I would highly recommend it as the place to stay should one ever find themselves in need of a place to stay while visiting or passing through Port Alfred.
