Thank you for bringing the check-in issue to our attention - our team was well aware of your arrival. There was a shift change at the front desk of the apartment block, so the staff member who came on duty needed to confirm your details with us. We took the security's call immediately and responded in mins to every request and understood that the delay wasn't more than 5 minutes. Is there something we are missing?
