Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Loadshedding friendly, the property is equipped with a backup power supply for essentials such as lights, the TV, fan and fridge.
Please keep doors and windows closed when you are not at home, animals such as monkeys and warthogs will go in looking for food and are potentially dangerous.
Please turn the air conditioners off when the rooms are not in use, or when you are leaving the house, to preserve energy.
There are rules on the Estate such as speed limits, curfew times, etc. Please strictly adhere to them to avoid costly financial penalties and to ensure yourselves an uninterrupted and pleasant stay on the estate.
You can drop your refuse in the skip bins about 100 meters after the exit gate (the entrance is on your left when coming from 636).
