Warm and cosy. It rained the whole weekend, but the unit was well equipped with fire wood and a classic selection of dvd's. WiFi was available and quick enough for streaming. Everything in town is within walking distance, even in the rain.

We did send out requests to the weather gods but they decided against sunshine and clear skies for you, perhaps you needed cosy log fires and longer coffee shops! Hopefully on another visit you can experience the other side of our rains and mists and get out to do some hiking and exploring.

The view and location is magnificent and convenient. The stairs are very steep, and as the balcony is upstairs we had to go up and down quite a bit. The house is in two halves, but privacy wasn't an issue and we had full use of the shared balcony. The unit is relatively small but everything you need is available. The bathroom is really small and it isn't ideal that the doors don't close securely and being right at the top of the stairs. It was a problem that there is only one towel rack. For a short stay, the unit is perfect, but self-catering is limited which is easily overcome with the availability of restaurants within walking distance down the road. The uncapped WiFi was a definite plus! Haenertsburg is stunning and worth the visit.

Dit was baie lekker, die trap in die eenheid is egter baie steil en kan nogal gevaarlik wees, en dit is ons enigste klagte. Ons het lekker gebly, die ligging is heerlik en 'n mens kan lekker na die winkels en restaurant stap. Die eenheid is ietwat knap, met 'n baie steil trap wat ongemaklik klim and nogal gevaarlik kan wees. Die toilet se deur kan ook nie op knip gesit word nie. Ons het egter baie lekker gebly.
