Price Includes

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Air conditioning included during summer, but if guests want to use air conditioning in winter an extra fee will apply.

House Rules

- Guests must please turn off all electric blankets before leaving in the winter months.
- Guests must please turn off the air conditioners before leaving in the summer months.
- Guests must please store the keys in the key box as they received them upon departure.
- Air conditioning is only for use during the summer months.
- During the winter months there is an extra rate that guests can pay if they want to use air conditioning in the winter. Electric blankets and a fireplace are available for use in the winter months.
