Inkaroo Cottage is located in Barrydale, a charming village nestled at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains. It is situated along the renowned Cape Route 62, on the border of the Overberg and Klein Karoo regions of the Western Cape.

Inkaroo Cottage is located close to the town centre, restaurants, and bars that include Dung Beetle and Bistro Blues. The famous Ronnie's Sex Shop bar is situated 23 km outside the town. Barrydale, a small and tranquil town, is close to Warmwaterberg Springs and Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve. There are plenty of walks and hiking trails surrounding the town and quad biking facilities are close by.
