Description
Jakaranda 18 is a self-catering apartment with a beautiful panoramic ocean view and is situated on the top floor in the secure Jakaranda complex in Uvongo. Located just 200 m from the Uvongo pier and swimming beach.
This tasteful unit can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed as well as a three-quarter bed and share a bathroom fitted with a shower. The main bedroom has built-in cupboards and direct access to a balcony with ocean views.
The unit features an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Leading from the kitchen is a spacious lounge with comfortable couches and a TV. Prepaid Wi-Fi is available. There is a lovely balcony with an outdoor dining table where guests can enjoy their meals while admiring the beautiful ocean views.
The unit has 1 covered parking near the front door and there is guest parking available in the complex. The complex has an electric fence and electric gates that grant access with a code. Guests can make use of the communal braai facilities available on both sides of the building. There is a beautiful, large garden in the complex with a play area ideal for children.
