If I could find another place nearby, I wouldn't sleep there. It's a nice place for rough campers, but not for a 70-something couple. The road is for vans and off-roaders, not for caravans and SUVs. Overnight stay on way home from West Coast. After being subject to a battering by the wind the night before at Kamieskroon we were not prepared to endure camping in the wind again. Our hosts kindly arranged for us to upgrade to stay in the Wagon Shed which made our stay most enjoyable. The Wagon Shed is well configured and has everything that you could need. We were disappointed not to be able to stay longer to experience more of the farm. We would also liked to have camped as the camping sites looked great.

Quiet, safe and clean Karoo farm. We had the privilege to be the only guests at the camping site for one night. It was a proper farm experience, off the main roads and being able to see stars.

Lovely stay, very hospitable people, will stay there again. Didn't really stop there, just drove through.
