Description
Sneeuberg Nature Reserve, located in the heart of the Great Karoo between Nieu Bethesda and Middelburg in the Eastern Cape, spans 14,500 hectares. The reserve is home to Nguni cattle and various antelope species. Guests can enjoy an authentic yet luxurious Karoo experience.
Karoo Cottage @ Sneeuberg Nature Reserve is a stone cottage that comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. They share a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. There is a separate guest toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living room has ample, comfortable seating and leads out onto a patio with a portable braai.
Although there are warm days, it always cools down in the evening and in winter this property regularly has snow. There are no predators, so it is safe to walk, jog, and cycle through the reserve enjoying the landscape and wildlife.
