Die verblyf was goed. Die toerisme in 'n dorp is baie swak. Dit is 'n backpackers. Nie 5-ster hotel nie. Jy kry meer as wat jy voor betaal.

Disappointed. We were put into a 4-sleeper room and we booked a 6-sleeper loft. All they did was add two single beds to make it a six-sleeper.

This is not a true review because there are no 4 sleeper units at Keedols Inn. You were accommodated in the 6-sleeper family dorm room even though you booked a 10-sleeper unit which is shared with other backpackers. Since you did not want to share, I accommodated you in a 6 sleeper dorm so that you could be in a private unit. You don't make mention of the gesture nor of the fact that we safeguarded your fishing rods that you negligently left in the driveway.

Exceptional service and quality for money. We enjoyed our stay very much with Keedols. Our two hosts were very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend Keedols to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in Knysna. I look forward to visiting Keedols again.

Very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Disappointing as I paid for a family room and upon arrival we were put in a house shared with other men. It was very unpleasant. I hate the fact that we paid for a family room and got put into a shared house with strange men and I have young children.

Dear Chante, It is disappointing that you are dishonest about sharing a house with other people. We actually upgraded you thinking that we were giving you a more comfortable open space which your kids enjoyed by sitting around in the lounge and watching tv. You also had use of the kitchen. A lounge and kitchen are not available in the Family room you booked. At no stage did you complain about your accommodation. The man you are talking about is the Caretaker, and his room is outside the house. Remain blessed, Keedols
