Kos was fantasties. Drankies baie duur.

Seep ens. vasgeplak aan houers om diefstal te voorkom (skep 'n president). Sekuriteit by aankoms vermetel (We will search your vehicle when you leave). Kelnerin Eunice was fantasties! Die rustigheid was hemels.

Amazing restaurant but hotel service was not great this time.

Check-in was not seamless. We prepaid everything, got acknowledgement from the hotel, but still had to produce proof of payment again, which was just inconvenient. Especially considering we already had acknowledgment from the hotel. We were also woken up by the sound of construction at 06:45 on Sunday morning. Not impressed.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is beautiful, the staff members are friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home.

I was just disappointed on our arrival at the rooms, the entrance of 49 - 51 was very dirty, the floor was not swept and mopped, there were dirty glasses on the floor at the entrance, I had to call reception to ask them to send a cleaner to come clean. At the restaurant, we ordered food for 6 people, the waitress only brought food for 5 people, after a while when we realised that the food is not coming, we informed them that the other person did not get the food that she ordered, we waited for so long before they brought her food, we were almost done eating. When they brought the food it was a wrong order, so she cancelled the food, she didn't eat. I propose that the waiters and waitresses should attend to one table at a time to avoid confusion of orders.

Groot teleurstelling.

Wou nog altyd Kiviets Kroon besoek. Dit was regtig 'n groot teleurstelling. Te min plek om te sit met etes. Lounge maar "around the pool" en eet op jou skoot in die son, als blameer op beurtkrag en te min personeel. Kelnerin ons bestelling opgemors, het naderhand maar net opgegee, kamer toe gegaan en snacks geëet wat ons self gebring het. Baie ongeorganiseerd en bestuur voel maar net 'n veer. Sal nie sommer weer Kievits Kroon besoek nie.

Dagwegbreek saam met eggenoot.

Die kos was baie goed en die diens ook. Wayne, ons kelner het deurentyd seker gemaak dat daar aan al ons behoeftes voldoen word. Daar is wel huidiglik restourasies aan die gang wat sekere fasiliteite buite werking gelaat het - soos die spa. Ons glo oor 3 maande sal die plek weer in sy eerstydse glorie wees as al die werk klaar is. Ons sal definitief weer teruggaan - veral in die lente.
