Klipspruit River Resort is a family resort situated on the banks of the Vaal River. The resort is surrounded by a variety of indigenous trees and a vast community of local birds. The resort has a rustic feel with a variety of self-catering accommodation options.
The property offers wooden cabins that accommodate up to 6 guests, chalets that accommodate up to 5 guests, a caravan and campsite, and a bush camp. Chalets have their own bathrooms fitted with basins, toilets and showers, while ablution facilities are within walking distance of cabins and campsites. The chalets also have fully-equipped kitchenettes and bomas.
The resort has a number of activities guests may make use of. These include 4 swimming pools, 3 water slides, a trampoline, a mini-golf course, playgrounds and a garden chess set. There is also a table tennis table, foosball table, a dart board and a vacation program on offer during peak season. Guests may also book a kayak or try their hand at fishing in the Vaal River.
The resort also has a licensed bar that offers a large TV, perfect for any sporting fans. The on-site kiosk sells all necessary items, and the resort also offers conference facilities.
