Cute and cosy! We had a wonderful stay at Kothuis Frangipani! The little home had everything we needed for the weekend, including a gas heater and electric blanket, which made a huge difference. The host was super responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Olivia and her partner were absolute dream guests. It was easy to communicate with them (despite me being on the West Coast and not in McGregor itself) and they were really lovely. They also left the cottage as if they had never even visited. They are welcome back anytime, and hopefully this time we can meet in person. Thank you, Olivia!

Amazing! My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Kothuis Frangipani! Hands down the best place we stayed at. The host was exceptional and the place was well-equipped and clean. If you're looking to escape the city, this is the ideal place.

Heerlike basis om McGregor en omgewing te verken. Kothuis Frangipani is 'n juweel in die middel van McGregor. Die natuurlike swempoel bied wonderlike verligting na 'n warm dag. 'n vriendelike, uitstekende gasvrou wat uit haar pad gaan om na haar gaste om te sien. Ons sal graag weer daar wil oorbly.

Dit was 'n absolute fees om oom Frederick te verwelkom en te huisves in ons lief kothuisie. Baie dankie vir die mooi woorde en ons staan met ope arms reg vir die volgende besoek!

My stay was amazing. Love everything about the place. Me and my wife had an amazing time. I'll definitely go again. The people of McGregor are also very welcoming. 10/10.

Where do I even begin with a review for Kothuis Frangipani?! My girlfriend and I. Where do I even begin with a review for Kothuis Frangipani?! My girlfriend and I have been to many places but we both agree that Kothuis Frangipani is hands down the best. The accommodation is clean, safe and, more importantly, so cozy. We highly recommend this place as it has become, without a doubt, our favorite holiday accommodation. Our host was nothing short of amazing. Even though we never met her in person, as she was away, that did not deter her from making us feel welcome via messages. We were allowed to message her without feeling as though we were imposing, and she answered our questions as thoroughly as possible. We will definitely be back and will be recommending Kothuis Frangipani to our friends and family. Thank you!

And, in turn, where do I begin! Ricardo and his girlfriend were beyond lovely, even offering to take the bin bag out (not necessary). They left the cottage as if they had never even been there and showed so much love to our big, ginger, cat (the King of the Kothuis and surrounds). He couldn't go on holiday with us, so a bit of attention from guests is always welcome. They were also great communicators - it helps a host so much when one can't be there in person to be able to communicate openly with guests. We would welcome Ricardo and his girlfriend back anytime! Thank you to you too for being wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful. The cottage is beautiful and the host and her family were more than accommodating! They are such lovely people and went above and beyond. I would love to stay in this beautiful cottage again.

Jaimie and her family were superb guests and it was just lovely having them on the property. Our children always ask if there are going to be other kids in the cottage, and this time there was! They loved it. Jaimie and family left the cottage as if they had never been there, super neat, clean and tidy. We would welcome them back in a heartbeat!

Stunning plekkie in stunning dorpie. Die kothuis is baie goed geleë en het alles wat mens nodig het om heerlik te bly. Baie spasie, netjies en skoon en die kliëntediens is puik. Sal definitief weer besoek en aanbeveel.

Riaan and his partner were absolutely wonderful guests, even offering to sort out our pool when heavy flooding hit McGregor at the end of September. They left the cottage very clean and tidy, and we would host them again in a heartbeat.

A very comfortable stay with a genial host. The cottage is ideal for 2 people, with everything you need. Ok, there was no microwave, but we managed very well. Meinke went out of her way to make sure that everything was ok, even to the extent of keeping in contact with us whilst she was out of town with her family. A very pleasant stay all round and a repeat visit is planned for the future.
